- Goto: Server Manager -> Tools -> Computer Management
- Computer Management -> System Tools -> Local Users and Groups -> Users
- Right-click in the open space and choose "New User..."
- In this dialog, please enter the Username, the Password twice and choose the wanted security opotions
- Click "Create"
- Now, goto Computer Management -> System Tools -> Local Users and Groups -> Groups
- Double click the "Remote Desktop Users"
- Click the "Add..." button and enter your new users username in the "Object" field
- Click "Ok"
- Click "Apply"
- Click "Ok"
Your user has now been added to the system and the Remote Desktop Users group so it can login to the server via Remote Desktop.
