- Login to your server as the Administrator user via Remote Desktop
- Open start menu and search for "Control Panel"
- Click "User Accounts"
- Click "Manage another account"
- Choose the User Account you want to reset the password for
- Click "Change the password"
- Follow the steps to reset the password
- Click "Change password"
From this point on, the user that you selected in step 5 above will have a new password of your choosing. This password will be used to access the server via Remote Desktop.
